Everything you need to know about Pixentra, our services, and how we work.

What services does Pixentra offer?
We cover the full digital journey — strategy and branding, UI/UX design, website and web-app development, SEO, performance marketing, and ongoing maintenance. Most clients start with one of these and expand once the first project lands.
Do you provide content writing and social media management?
Yes. Our content team handles website copy, blogs, and product descriptions, while the marketing team plans social calendars, creatives, and paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Can you take over and improve an existing website?
Absolutely. We audit what you already have, prioritise the fixes with the biggest impact, then rebuild or refactor in place — keeping your URLs, analytics, and rankings intact wherever possible.
Do you provide hosting and domain setup?
Yes. We can register the domain, set up managed hosting with SSL, daily backups, and uptime monitoring — or work with your existing provider if you prefer to keep billing in-house.
How and when are invoices paid?
Projects are invoiced by milestone and due within 7 days of the milestone being approved; retainers are billed on the 1st of each month. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, UPI, or card, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
How do design and SEO work together from day one?
Designers and SEO specialists work from the same brief: information architecture and page templates are planned around search intent, so headings, internal links, and Core Web Vitals are built in rather than bolted on later.
Do I own the work, and what does the contract cover?
Yes — once the final invoice is settled, full intellectual property for the delivered work transfers to you. The contract covers scope, timeline, payment schedule, revision limits, confidentiality, and each party’s termination rights.
What is Pixentra?
Pixentra is a full-service digital agency based in Mumbai. We design, build, and grow digital products for startups and established businesses — combining strategy, design, engineering, and marketing under one roof, so you work with one team instead of five vendors.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. While we are based in Mumbai, a large share of our clients are overseas — the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Australia. Meetings run over Google Meet or Zoom, and we overlap at least four working hours with your time zone.
How can I get started with Pixentra?
Send us a brief through the contact form or email pixentraofficial@gmail.com. We reply within one business day, run a free 30-minute discovery call, then send a proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing within three working days.
What makes Pixentra different from other agencies?
We keep teams small and senior. You work directly with the people doing the work — no account-manager relay — and every engagement starts with a written strategy, so design and development decisions are tied to a measurable goal.
What does a typical engagement include?
A dedicated strategist and designer, a developer, and a named point of contact. Deliverables are agreed up front, tracked on a shared board, and reviewed at the end of each milestone with a written summary of what shipped and what comes next.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Retainers start at a fixed number of hours per month for design, development, SEO, or content work, and unused hours roll over for one month. You can pause or give 30 days’ notice at any time.
Which industries do you specialise in?
We work most often with SaaS, D2C and retail, healthcare, education, and professional services — but we do not turn work away for being outside those. What matters is that the problem fits our skill set.
How long does a typical project take?
A marketing website takes 4–6 weeks, a web application 8–14 weeks, and a rebrand 3–5 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly feedback comes back — we build the schedule around your review windows, not just ours.
What does your design and development process look like?
Discovery and strategy, then wireframes, then visual design, then build, then QA, then launch. Each stage ends with a review you sign off before we move on, so surprises show up early rather than at handover.
Will I get regular updates while the project runs?
Yes — a written update every Friday, a shared board you can check any time, and a standing call if you would like one. Any change to scope, cost, or timeline is raised the day we spot it.
How is project pricing calculated?
Fixed price against a defined scope for most projects, hourly for open-ended work. The quote breaks down each phase so you can see exactly where the budget goes, and it is held for 30 days.
Do you require a deposit before work starts?
Yes — typically 40% to book the team and kick off, 30% at the midpoint, and 30% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into more milestones; we agree the schedule in writing before anything is invoiced.
Are there any hidden or recurring costs?
No. Domain, hosting, stock assets, and third-party licences are quoted separately and only charged with your approval. If something new becomes necessary mid-project, we send a change note first.
What platforms do you build websites on?
Mostly WordPress for content and marketing sites a team will edit themselves, and Next.js or plain HTML/CSS/JS for performance-critical or custom builds. We choose the platform after understanding who will maintain it.
Will my website work on mobile devices?
Every build is responsive and tested across phone, tablet, and desktop breakpoints before launch. We also check real devices rather than only browser resizing, so tap targets and font sizes hold up on small screens.
Do you offer logo and brand identity design?
Yes — logo systems, colour and type scales, iconography, stationery, and a brand guideline document so your team can apply the identity consistently after handover.
Which marketing channels do you manage?
Meta and Google Ads, LinkedIn for B2B, email lifecycle campaigns, and organic social. We start with the one or two channels where your audience actually is, prove the economics, then expand.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Most sites see movement within 6–8 weeks and meaningful traffic growth in 4–6 months. Technical fixes can lift things faster; competitive head terms take longer. We report on rankings, traffic, and conversions every month.
Can I get GST invoices and billing receipts?
Yes — every payment gets a GST-compliant invoice, with your GSTIN where applicable, plus a receipt by email. Billing contact, company name, and address can be updated any time.
Where can I read your terms and policies?
Everything is published in full: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy — all linked from the footer of every page.
How do you handle my personal data?
We collect only what is needed to deliver the work, never sell it, and restrict access to the project team. Full detail — including retention periods and your rights — is in our Privacy Policy.
